Welcome to WellnessHydro — a small, family-owned business run by us, a retired couple who believe wholeheartedly that wellness is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and the people we love.
Where It All Began
Our love for the sauna goes back to our youth. Growing up, visiting the sauna was a cherished ritual — a time for family and friends to gather, unwind, and truly connect. Those memories never left us.
Life has a way of reminding us what matters most. After going through a period of illness, the healing power of sauna bathing and mindful self-care played a meaningful role in our recovery. We experienced firsthand how heat therapy, contrast bathing, and intentional wellness practices can restore the body and lift the spirit. We simply cannot deny the benefits — and we don't want to keep them to ourselves.
