Shipping Policy

Free Shipping WellnessHydro offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We currently ship to US addresses only. (Minimum $500)

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders ship via freight carrier and arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.

Freight Delivery Large items such as sauna cabins, outdoor steam saunas, and hot tubs are delivered curbside by freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. Inside delivery and installation are not included unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent than standard parcel delivery.

Damaged Shipments Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at hello@wellnesshydro.com with photos of the damage.
