Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review the cancellation and return terms below carefully before placing your order, as Finnish Sauna Builders products are custom-crafted upon request.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Purchase

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. For transactions over $2,500, a 6% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund, as this fee is non-recoverable from the payment processor. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Cancellation After 24 Hours of Purchase

Because Finnish Sauna Builders products are custom-made to order, cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% of the total purchase price (including applicable taxes). This fee is set by the manufacturer and covers costs already incurred on your order.

For transactions over $2,500, an additional 6% credit card processing fee will also be deducted. Refunds, minus applicable fees, are processed within 10 business days.

Please note that custom-made or made-to-order saunas are non-returnable. If your circumstances change, contact us at info@wellnesshydro.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have shipped. If you experience any issues after shipment, please contact us and we will work to support you.

Returns for Unused Products

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected. Please package items securely — items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging cannot be refunded.

Used or installed products cannot be returned. This is due to safety requirements and manufacturer warranty obligations for subsequent customers.

How to Request a Cancellation or Return

To cancel or modify an order, or to initiate a return, please contact us at info@wellnesshydro.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. For refunds approved more than 90 days after purchase, the refund will be issued via bank transfer, as credit card and PayPal refunds are unavailable for older transactions.
