Saunum AirIQ Wi-Fi Control Devices

With the Saunum equipment warranty, Saunum guarantees that the
product will be free from material and manufacturing defects for a specified
period after the date of purchase. In the event of a defect in the device
during the warranty period due to the use of low-quality materials or low
quality of assembly, the recommended repair partners of Saunum will repair or
replace the device or its defective part without charging for labour and spare
parts under the conditions below. Saunum reserves the right to decide whether to
replace the defective component or replace the device with a new one. Replaced
defective product components remain the property of Saunum.

Terms and conditions of the warranty:

1. The warranty is only valid if a completed installation report is
submitted with the claim.

2. The warranty period of the device when used in a private sauna is two
(2) years.

3. The warranty period of the device when used in a public sauna is one
(1) year.

The warranty does not cover:

1. routine maintenance, cleaning the device, and replacing components due
to normal wear and tear;

2. adapting or modifying the device to use it for purposes other than
those stated in the operating instructions;

3. risks associated with transport;

4. damage caused by misusing the device;

5. damage caused by improper installation of the device;

6. repairs performed by a party other than a recommended repair partner
(maintenance partner) of Saunum;

7. accidents, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation, or other
factors beyond the control of Saunum;

8. faults caused by the use of stones and salt balls not recommended by
the manufacturer;

9. heaters and salt balls.

The maintenance instructions for the device are given in the user manual
of the device.

Please note! Sauna climate devices may only be connected to the
electrical network by a professional electrician in accordance with the
applicable regulations.

Thoroughly read the entire user manual before using the device and keep
it in a safe and easily accessible place for future reference.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please email us at sales@wellnesshydro.com 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
