Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns Process section below.

Return Eligibility

• Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Returns for change of mind (e.g., accidental order, better price available, no longer needed/wanted) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

• Items not in their original condition, items that are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• If a discounted return shipping label was provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

• Check Your Bank Account
• Contact Your Credit Card Company - It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact Your Bank - Processing times may cause delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@wellnesshydro.com

Pre-orders 

• When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 
• You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return for a refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
